Chislehurst Osteopathy Clinic offers experienced, calm osteopathic care for adults dealing with pain, tension, stress, and long-standing physical problems.
The clinic is founded and clinically led by Sean Wright, an osteopath qualified since 1998, with over 25 years’ clinical experience including cranial osteopathy.
We regularly help people with neck and back pain, headaches, stress-related symptoms, fatigue, poor sleep, and recurring issues that haven’t fully resolved elsewhere.
Appointments are scheduled in 45-minute windows to allow proper assessment, treatment, and discussion without rushing. To maintain treatment quality and focus, we see a limited number of patients per day.
Treatment may include structural osteopathy and cranial osteopathy, tailored to the individual.
Sunday appointments available.

Treatments

Osteopathy - Osteopaths look at the body as a whole functioning unit, so your back problem etc is not distinct and separate from the rest of you. This includes your lifestyle, and importantly the mind body connection. Most of the time, our bodies are telling us truths our minds don’t want to hear.

Follow up Treatments - 45 mins £80
Cranial Osteopathy - a very subtle, gentle treatment approach that can be received clothed. This works very well for all ages , and is helpful for stress related problems or if you need a gentle approach to your pain. It is very relaxing. This is also excellent for releasing held tension in the body, in a gentle and controlled way. Tension comes in many forms, and your body can hold on to it, by passing any efforts you may have made intellectually to address things.

Cranial Osteopathy for Babies/Children - for babies that are irritable, disturbed, feeding and/or pooing poorly, have had traumatic births, or you would just like baby or toddler checked out.

Payment: Payment is preferred by BACS or cash. I see no reason to pay bank fees or accelerate our way towards a cashless society and all that it entails. If you are desperate to pay by card I can accommodate you.
1st Consultation/treatments need a 50% deposit on booking. I will contact you once you book online.
24 hours notice is asked, if for any reason you cannot make your appointment, or it will be charged in full.
